Just purchased a new F150 from Banner. Salesman Henry Ellis was super. He helped me find the truck I wanted, and in my price range.They also gave me a very fair price on my trade. The sales manager was also very nice and informative helping us in the buying process. If you are looking for a new vehicle I'd highly recommend Henry to help you find what you're looking for!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle for our daughter at Banner Ford! Travis Barton was our salesman, and he was friendly, helpful, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. The service department used to be great. I was told I had an oil leak and needed a $200 diagnostic so they had my car all day no phone call and when I called at almost 5 they still had not looked at my car. So I had to pay to uber to and from work, etc. So no one calls to tell me what the outcome of the diagnostic was because my service rep wasn’t in. Finally, tired of waiting, I called and I got a message of what I needed. I said yes, order the parts i will get it fixed. A few months later I called to see why I wasn’t called to have my car repaired and was told a part was on backorder, this was in November, it is now April. No follow up and then someone (sales associate) from Banner texts me so I tell them my situation. Nothing. No follow up. So I spent $200 for nothing and how do I trust them now?

Had a great experience with Mr Ivan Lopez. He put my daughter in her dream car (Camaro) and she was all smiles. He even explained to her about the car and how to be safe. I will be sending all my friends and family to him. Thanks to Ivan and Banner Ford for everything you guys did! Yall have earned a forever customer!

We purchased a used jeep in very good condition. I've bought many cars in my lifetime. With this one There was no pressure and our sales person Ivan was very cool did his best to give us a good price on the vehicle. Would purchase another vehicle in the future.

Buying a vehicle and trying to get service at Banner Ford in Mandeville, LA has been the worst experience I’ve had with a dealership, service department, and overall customer service. I have a personal vehicle and a work vehicle. Each were purchased at this location and several bad experiences have shaped my impression of the terrible Banner Ford in Mandeville, LA. I have expressed my frustrations several times in hopes to have them resolve the tarnish and damage Banner has imposed on the Ford name. ZERO STARS. TWO THUMBS DOWN. Thanks for nothing. I had another great experience at Banner Ford and specifically want to recognize Amanda Talamo (Service Advisor) and Jason Lane (Service Manager) for going above and beyond. I brought my 2017 F150 Raptor in because of a loud grinding noise that had me pretty concerned. It turned out to be related to the IWE (Integrated Wheel End) system for the four-wheel drive. After diagnosing it properly, they determined it was simply a faulty check valve — not a full system failure. What really impressed me is that they diagnosed the IWE issue correctly and didn’t try to upsell me on replacing all the hoses or other expensive components. They fixed what actually needed to be fixed. That level of honesty matters. On top of that, they completed a full tune-up, oil change, and 5-tire rotation, and made sure everything was handled quickly so I could get my truck back in time for an upcoming trip. Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Amanda and Jason made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend them if you want your truck serviced the right way.

Ivan was the man! He was extremely helpful over the phone and answered all questions very quickly. Once we got into the dealership he had the truck ready and helped us get to a good price point. Dealership is a pain in the butt to deal with for parts. I would recommend lamarque for parts and service.

I brought my 2019 F-150 in for an oil and filter change. We were short on time because we had a doctors appointment to get to. Amanda Talamo stepped up and was able to get us in and out very quickly and we were able to make it to the doctors appointment. Thanks for the great service.

Ivan Lopez is the best ! I went to see Ivan in late July, and told him I was looking for a new F-350.I have purchase 3 other vehicles from Ivan in the past. Banner did not have the F-350 on the lot that I was looking for. BUT Ivan took the time on a Saturday afternoon to show me and my wife other F-350s that was on the lot. With Ivan's help it educated us on the engine, and other options to look for on the truck. Ivan and his sales manager checked with other dealers up to 300 miles to find me the truck I wanted.
