I went to get another vehicle. I got sold a car at a stupid high interest rate with a credit score of 751 at 10% .. the car was nice. But my wife keep smelling a smell from the trunk. There are factory parts of the trunk that are missing. I know what a dead body smells like. That's the smell from the trunk. The day I bought it it was cold. I didn't think about looking in the trunk. I have several deodorants in the trunk. I will never deal with this place again...
My entire experience was Disastrous. So bad in fact, I wouldn’t buy another Ford, especially from this dealership. We were thinking about buying a Bronco for my wife but not now. Communication from them is almost nonexistent and then only because of my persistence and almost 2 months without an actual repair. I was told a price of $781 but it came out to $1029 without it being repaired just patched. The 1st time I went to pick it up, my lights were left on so my battery was dead. After I was jumped off I then noticed my sunscreen wouldn’t work. Got back to my office after trying to open my sunroof, which was to be repaired along with the sunscreen. Good news: the sunscreen started working, bad new: sunroof wasn’t. While trying to get the telephone number for Banner, I read in the notes on my receipt that the sunroof wasn’t repaired just patched but I was charged for parts that didn’t fix the issue. I was told to bring it back and when I got there that the track must have broken. . Convenient or coincidence? The CSR, who didn’t return emails or calls, told me he would speak to the manager. After a few weeks of sending emails, going to the dealership, making calls without responding other than I haven’t spoken to manager, he is out of the office, etc. I said I would come get it then I showed up, was told that the battery was bad ( it was drained by an employee leaving lights on) I reminded them their employee left lights on and drained it but would give them a couple more days. CSR called me the next day to say track was indeed broken and it would cost $4300 but might could be only $3800. Asked why I was told $781 which included $250 in parts ( same parts on Ford website was $100) and wasn’t told about track? No answer. Picked it up next day with a diagnostic fee $170 but sunscreen was closed. Protested another fee but the my CSR wasn’t in and again the manager wasn’t available. Horrible dealership, horrendous repair service, Ford definitely lost a lifelong customer.
Banner Ford is the absolute worst dealership ever to work with. They literally sold a vehicle out from under a young couple as the paperwork was getting completed. They had already ran their credit and brought the vehicle into the dealership for them. The worst customer service we have ever witnessed. As previous buyers from Banner we will NEVER buy there again…. Do better! They really don’t even deserve 1 star
We are so thankful for the quick, efficient, and friendly service we received this afternoon! The team fixed our truck fast and effectively, allowing us to get back on the road and make it home safely. Their professionalism and expertise made all the difference. Highly recommend!
Dropped my vehicle into service for repairs and my service provider Aaron Davenport made the experience great and effortless. He is by far they best service provider every!!!
Went there thinking of buying a new mustang. They had 3 of them parked right in front of the building. I walked back and forth for a while trying to figure out which one I liked best and no one ever even came out to talk to me which gave me the feeling that they wouldn't work very hard to for my business so I left. I'll shop elsewhere
Absolute worst dealership in the area ! A bunch of crooks that change paperwork after you buy a car. Was supposed to be blue certified with a warranty and the car has trouble a month later and they won't honor it. They had computer trouble the day we bought and manually entered info into the computer. The day we bought is different then the date on the paper they're saying we purchased. Permanent marker saying As Is written after we signed. These guys are nothing but crooks with smiling faces
Banner helped me with a inverter failure on my new truck that I purchased at different dealer . The dealer I bought it from said they would take care of any issues and being out of town was not a problem . The dealer never followed up with me so I took it to Banner and had my truck repaired in les than 24 hours !! Learned my lesson and will be buying from Banner 100% from now on .
I had an outstanding experience with the parts and service team! Everyone we dealt with was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. They went above and beyond in helping us get a replacement to a lost key fob in a compressed timeframe since the vehicle was needed for an out-of-state trip. Will definitely use them for future vehicle needs.
This dealership screwed me so bad with my vehicle purchase that I’ve brought the truck to several other dealers. They’ve all said they have no clue how banner ford got away with what they did. Salesman cussed me out & told me every lie in the book, sales manager lied about how he took care of my situation. Even contacting the dealership owners receptionist was absolutely no help. Apparently they wanna make a sale & not care one ounce of how they did it.
Terrible experience. I bought a 2021 Lexus GX460 in August of 2023. They tacked on additional fees not reflected in the published sale price. Tried to give me a higher interest rate with BofA. Simple good search showed a lower rate which they did give me in the end. Car wasn't cleaned. Not filled with gas. Low tire pressure on front right tire wasn't even fixed before I drove it off. We called to ask about getting something to have it detailed like a gift card etc. The message wasn't returned. We got there at the end of the day traveling from Lafayette. Still I expected more. I wanted the car and after traveling 3 hours I put up with more than I would have liked. I'm certain had I been home or closer to home I would have left and waited to find what I was looking for elsewhere. So.. buy from Banner at your own risk. Though I love my car .... Absolute worst buying purchase experience ever. I'm only just now posting because we bought a 2023 Kia sportage x pro for my teenage daughter from Sterling Kia in Lafayette and the experience was amazing. I.e. the exact opposite of Banner.
Service dept are scammers. Had me to purchase a tire that was not needed. Told it was leaking and couldn't be repaired. Got home with old tire pulled nail out barely pierced the tire. Of course no refunds on a $500 tire. I regret the day I bought from them.
First off, I hate going to dealerships for service, as I can do most things myself. We were traveling through on our way back home from vacation when I had a sudden front end issue with our truck. After the first shop failed to find an issue, I called Sheryl with Banner Ford and she was able to get me in right away so we wouldn't be stranded over the weekend. They quickly determined the front right hub was coming apart and got it changed quickly to get us back on the road. They had me out the door in less than 2 hours. Being a dealership, the prices are severely overinflated as I could have bought the part elsewhere for almost half the price. The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is the price, but I am still very thankful for the quick turnaround and overall service that Sheryl and the mechanic provided.
Where do I start????? The first visit to Banner was related to the transmission and had to replace the torque converter and all was good with this transaction. Well I took my ride to have the oil changed at local business about 2 weeks after the torque converter was replace. Once on the rack the mechanic took me to look at what he had found, and on the trans cooling line was a pair of Snap On hose clamp. OK!!!!!!! So I brought it back to Banner and they said it should not hurt the trans!!!!!! So now lets fast forward to the monitors. May 24, 2023 is when I dropped of the Expedition again to have some issues resolved and most of the issues where fixed, but they stated the monitors where fixed, but they wasn't. Took back the ride in Aug for the monitors and more excuses. I was told that they didn't know what the problem was and had to bring it back at a later time. WHY? If you can't fixed it now, how is later going to help??? I called Ford Customer Service and that's a joke too. They did reach out to Banner Ford and they called and told me to schedule an appointment. So I decided to take it to another dealership and they looked at it and replaced a cable and found something broke in the monitors and they refused to work on it any further and told me to take it back to Banner. So I do take it back once the kids are out of school and for 3 weeks they are no closer to finding an answer. They say they can't work on it because of the software hack, but what about the 2 weeks before the hack? The quality of work from Banner is substandard and I have spoke to the Service manager Aaron Davenport and said he would make it right, but I am still waiting on that to HAPPEN. I have a few pictures from the dealership that refuse to work on it and some parts don't look new, but not sure what was replaced, but I am going to reach out the Attorney Generals Office to see if they can help.
We had an issue with our truck while traveling through the area pulling our fifth wheel trailer. I called and Sheryl told us to bring it right in. We did and they looked at the truck immediately and, after some repairs, our issue was resolved. A huge shout-out and thank you to Sheryl and technician Sammy for your prompt and courteous service. You are the best!!! Thank you from the Canadians!
